About the role

We are looking for an experienced welding professional to lead the coordination and direction of our manufacturing processes. The role ensures that production capacity and workforce scheduling are optimized to meet delivery deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Full coordination and control of the manufacturing workflow, including capacity planning and labor allocation.
• Guarantee plant operation to achieve production targets, on‑time order fulfillment, and compliance with quality and cost objectives.
• Propose and support improvements in manufacturing technology.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics, and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant managerial experience in a single‑piece or low‑volume production environment.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of the metal industry, welding processes, and production technology.
• At least an intermediate technical education.
• Preferably a welding technologist qualification or a higher technical degree.
