AWI (TIG) Manual Arc Welder

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced leader to coordinate and direct the full manufacturing process for welded steel structures. The role ensures the plant operates efficiently, meeting production targets, order deadlines, quality standards and cost limits.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and control production capacity and workforce allocation.
• Guarantee on‑time delivery of orders while maintaining required quality and budget.
• Provide suggestions and support for the development of welding and manufacturing technologies.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in a unique or low‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of metal industry, welding processes and production technology.
• At least a medium‑level technical education; a welding technologist qualification or higher technical degree is an advantage.
