About the role

The BEST Scholarship Program at Bosch in Budapest offers master‑level students a unique opportunity to combine academic studies with hands‑on research and professional development over 1.5‑2 years. Participants receive a dedicated mentor, a corporate laptop, and a monthly stipend while working on a Bosch‑related thesis topic.

Key responsibilities

• Continue master’s studies with a minimum cumulative GPA of 4.0.
• Write and defend a thesis on an approved Bosch research topic.
• Present research results at the TDK conference.
• Maintain regular consultations with a Bosch mentor.
• Participate in professional events and training sessions.
• Complete a mandatory internship within Bosch.
• Develop technical skills according to an individualized training plan.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a master’s program (primarily engineering fields).
• Intention to pursue PhD studies after the scholarship.
• Strong academic record (minimum 4.0 GPA).
• Motivation to contribute to Bosch research topics.
