Business Development Representative

About the role

Bitrise is looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified meetings with top mobile development teams. You will work remotely, partnering with an Account Executive to target high‑potential accounts and build a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Create qualified meetings and generate pipeline
• Research and develop content to outbound to the world's best mobile teams
• Hit and maintain activity KPIs across phone, email, and social
• Partner with Account Executives to create sales strategy
• Work alongside peers to present new ideas to better engage with prospects
• Keep meticulous records to maintain data quality in our sales process

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an SDR/BDR role
• Passion and perseverance for sales
• Strong work ethic and caring mindset to help colleagues succeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to learn about technology
• College degree or equivalent experience in the field
