Case Manager – Social Inclusion & Integration

About the role

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Project Associate (Social Inclusion & Integration), the Case Manager will provide case management support to promote migrants' socio‑economic inclusion in Budapest. The role focuses on facilitating labour market access, education opportunities and community engagement within the MMIA‑PLUSZ project.

Key responsibilities

• Assess individual needs of migrants and develop personalized inclusion plans.
• Coordinate access to job training, employment services and educational programmes.
• Facilitate community‑based activities that promote social integration.
• Maintain accurate case records and produce regular progress reports.
• Collaborate with local partners, NGOs and government agencies to ensure service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Migration Studies or related field with at least two years of relevant experience, or a high‑school diploma with four years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in labour market integration, community engagement or educational support for migrant populations.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional IOM official languages is an advantage.
