Client Executive

About the role

Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with medium and large company clients, focusing on new business and retention while meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential new customers in line with the sales strategy.
• Serve as the main contact for client requests, ensuring satisfaction and managing ad‑hoc issues.
• Coordinate delivery of solutions and products, ensuring alignment with client requirements and compliance standards.
• Liaise between internal teams, vendors, and clients to guarantee high service delivery.
• Participate in tender preparation, sales and marketing campaigns, and industry events.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in a similar sales or client‑facing role.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Native Hungarian speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
