Customer Care Testing Specialist SAP S/4HANA

About the role

Join Medtronic’s EMEA RLM Diabetes team as a Customer Care Testing Specialist for SAP S/4HANA. You will support the SAP implementation from a Customer Care perspective, ensuring accurate order processing and a reliable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and document test scenarios for Customer Care processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Validate system functionality against business requirements and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, and project teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system readiness.
• Review and validate end‑to‑end Customer Care workflows and support post‑go‑live stabilisation.

Required profile

• Experience with Customer Service processes.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• SAP knowledge (required).
