Customer Sales and Service Consultant

About the role

Emirates is looking for enthusiastic Customer Sales and Service Consultants to join its Budapest contact centre. You will be the voice of the airline, delivering accurate information and sales support to passengers via phone.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide up‑to‑date product and service information.
• Identify sales opportunities and close transactions where appropriate.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout each interaction.
• Follow Emirates’ procedures and quality standards while working in a shift‑based schedule.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and at least one of German, Italian, Polish, Czech or Spanish.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a sales mindset.
• Minimum education: A‑levels or High School certificate.
• Legal right to live and work in Hungary.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Basic email handling.
