Customer Support Representative (Croatian/Serbian)

About the role

Join a leading outsourcing/BPO company in Budapest as a Customer Support Representative serving Croatian and Serbian‑speaking customers. You will receive comprehensive technical training in English and work in a hybrid model, supporting innovative consumer technology products through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for consumer devices, handling software and hardware enquiries.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers through device setup and features.
• Manage customer complaints, resolve product or campaign problems, and maintain high service quality.
• Escalate complex technical cases to internal specialist teams.
• Record all interactions accurately in internal systems and meet productivity targets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Croatian or Serbian (C1/C2) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Serbian applicants must already hold a valid Hungarian residence and work permit.
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
• Interest in technology, quick learning ability, and strong communication skills.
• Team‑player mindset, able to work in a multicultural environment.
