Customer Support Representative - Dutch Speaker

About the role

Eaton is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join its EMEA Business Service Center in Budapest. You will provide commercial support for a portfolio of customers, handling inquiries through phone, chat, email and a case‑management tool while ensuring smooth order processing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone, chat and email.
• Enter and manage orders, perform price checks and ensure compliance with Eaton policies.
• Coordinate delivery and billing across multiple product lines, handling sequencing of project orders and complaints.
• Support sales functions across EMEA with order fulfilment, repair requests, product changes, invoicing, contract administration and lease management.
• Resolve issues by applying established policies and proactive communication across internal networks.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication, punctuality and problem‑solving mindset.
• Attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Dutch language.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems.
• Experience with case‑management tools.
