EHS Business Partner

About the role

Ceva is looking for a full-time EHS Business Partner for its Phylaxia Campus in Budapest's 10th district, a flagship site of the Ceva Animal Health group. The role reports to the EHS Director and oversees specific areas of the sites, including departments and focus factories. It is a hybrid position with 2 days per week (or 10 days per month) in the office, or up to 10 home office days per month.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health and environmental regulations across the sites.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen EHS practices.
• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures in line with regulations and corporate standards.
• Carry out regular audits and inspections to check compliance and find areas for improvement.
• Investigate incidents, report findings and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Lead safety programmes and initiatives to build a proactive safety culture.
• Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and prepare for inspections.
• Help turn the EHS function into a matrix organisation and collaborate on EHS training and awareness programmes.
