Field Project Manager – Oncology/Hematology

About the role

The Field Project Manager (FPM) for Onco‑Hematology will plan and deliver business objectives across Hungary, promoting assigned products to healthcare practitioners and supporting marketing projects at the national level.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, market share, and visit frequency targets for oncology/hematology products.
• Identify and build relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and develop a national network.
• Support the Brand Manager in implementing marketing projects and assist KAM/TAA in account planning.
• Organise compliant promotional events and manage the entrusted budget.

Required profile

• Medical (MD) or pharmacy degree preferred; alternative qualifications acceptable under Hungarian law.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology or hematology.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, with a valid B‑type driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
