Finance Transformation Lead – Fixed‑Term (12 months)

About the role

Lead global NetSuite rollouts from Budapest, streamline finance processes and turn complex change into practical solutions across an international team. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract within the Global Finance Transformation team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate NetSuite implementations across multiple countries and business entities, managing timelines, dependencies, risks and follow‑ups.
• Support the standardisation and improvement of finance processes, building scalable ways of working and integrating newly acquired companies.
• Communicate project progress, key decisions and upcoming changes to stakeholders, and help teams adopt new ways of working.
• Create and maintain documentation, guides and best practices, capture lessons learned and propose efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering ERP, finance transformation or process‑improvement projects in multinational environments.
• Strong ability to work with finance, IT and business teams, building relationships and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Familiarity with finance and accounting processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Oracle NetSuite (highly desirable) or other ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle.
• Project‑management tools such as Monday.com, Jira or Asana.
