Global Business Process Specialist – Analytics, Reporting & Planning

About the role

As a Global Business Process Specialist you will bridge financial strategy and digital execution, shaping Roche’s global financial data landscape and moving Finance toward predictive analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse stakeholder requirements and design innovative analytics and reporting solutions.
• Act as Global Product Owner for Financial Planning modules in SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring a robust, scalable, user‑friendly template.
• Lead or support the deployment of the global template within Project Aspire, balancing global guardrails with business needs.
• Build a global community of users, champion data‑driven culture and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Financial Data Office and AI Office to identify, pilot and deploy high‑impact AI use cases for forecasting and analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Business with 5‑6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong foundation in SAP FI/CO or S/4 HANA and curiosity for AI and advanced analytics.
• Experience with Business Warehouses such as BW/4 or Datasphere; SAP Analytics Cloud experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and translating business pain points into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
