Global Immigration Consultant

About the role

The Global Immigration Consultant will support KPMG's Global Mobility Services by managing client immigration engagements, ensuring accurate case handling and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client mailbox, coordinate tasks, and manage meeting logistics.
• Review client reports for data accuracy, perform data clean‑up in the case management platform, and maintain up‑to‑date applicant records.
• Identify and raise potential risks, support billing and timesheet recording, and provide introductory training on immigration technology.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree preferred and 2+ years of immigration experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and solid project‑management skills.
• Professional communication in English; other languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using immigration case‑management software and data‑clean‑up processes.
