HR Generalist Student Position – Romanian Speaker

About the role

Join Bosch's multinational HR team as a Student HR Generalist, supporting the full employee lifecycle while developing practical HR skills in a dynamic, customer‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, data changes, and off‑boarding processes.
• Manage incoming HR requests, ensuring accurate handling, clear documentation, and timely resolution.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Support process improvements and handle ad‑hoc HR tasks.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to deliver seamless service.
• Work closely with experienced HR colleagues in a fast‑paced setting.

Required profile

• Active full‑time student (BA or MA) with availability of at least 30 hours/week for a minimum of 6 months.
• Native Romanian speaker with a good command of English.
• Strong interest in building an HR career.
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Reliability, ownership mindset, and a customer‑oriented attitude.
