HR Intern International Mobility

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our International Mobility team at Bosch’s new Regional HR Service Hub in Central Eastern Europe. The role offers hands‑on experience in expat management and exposure to a multinational HR environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for International Mobility (expat) processes.
• Maintain daily contact with associates, managers, HR contacts and external service providers across different countries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Handle data maintenance, reporting and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Active full‑time student (BA or MA) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Availability for at least 6 months, 30 hours per week.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Enthusiastic about developing a career in HR with strong organisational abilities.
