HR Intern – International Mobility

About the role

Join Bosch's newly established HR Service Hub in Central Eastern Europe as an HR Intern focused on International Mobility. You will support the multinational HR team in managing expatriate assignments, providing day‑to‑day administrative assistance and ensuring smooth communication between associates, managers, HR contacts and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for International Mobility (expat management) processes.
• Maintain daily contact with associates, managers, HR partners and external providers across different countries.
• Follow internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
• Handle data maintenance, reporting and documentation.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Active full‑time student (BA or MA) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Available for at least 6 months, working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Enthusiastic about developing a career in HR.
