HR Intern International Mobility

About the role

Join Bosch's newly established HR Service Hub in Central Eastern Europe as an HR Intern focused on International Mobility. You will support the multinational HR team in managing expatriate assignments and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for International Mobility (expat management) processes.
• Maintain daily contact with associates, managers, HR contacts and external service providers across different countries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Handle data maintenance, reporting and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Active full‑time student (BA or MA) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Availability for at least 6 months, working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities and a genuine interest in developing an HR career.
