HR Operations Specialist – German Speaking

About the role

As a German‑speaking HR Operations Specialist you will support the HR administration and employee‑lifecycle processes for Bosch’s DACH organization. You will ensure high‑quality HR services, data accuracy and a smooth employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming HR requests through the ticketing system, prioritising, tracking, resolving and escalating cases as needed.
• Provide support, information and guidance across designated areas of the employee lifecycle with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Process HR administration tasks related to contract management, compensation and benefits.
• Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (OM/PM) while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage process‑related attributes in SAP HR Core.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners in Austria to clarify requests and provide status updates.
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulations, company policies and data‑protection requirements.
• Handle confidential employee information with accuracy and discretion.
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to optimise HR processes and service delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR services, HR administration or a comparable support function.
• Experience working with SAP HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B1).
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of confidentiality and data‑protection principles.
• Structured, self‑organised and service‑oriented personality.
