HW Sub-Project Manager

About the role

You will coordinate hardware development for control units of automatic transmissions, taking ownership from the offer and concept phase through to mass production. You will lead an international project team and act as the main technical liaison with customers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Define hardware work packages aligned with customer milestones.
• Plan, delegate, monitor and review work package progress.
• Collaborate with international development departments and production plants.
• Maintain contact with international customers and conduct technical negotiations.
• Prepare project documentation according to Bosch quality management standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Proven project‑management experience.
• Strong coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous.
• Production‑environment experience is a plus.
