Intralogistics IT Business Analyst

About the role

As an Intralogistics IT Business Analyst you will support the digital transformation of Bosch's Hatvan production site. You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to translate logistics needs into clear IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and specify stakeholder requirements for IT projects.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Act as the intralogistics digitalisation subject‑matter expert.
• Iterate with developers and business stakeholders to refine solutions.
• Support Project Managers in achieving project goals.
• Maintain and prioritise the product‑specific backlog.
• Design process flows using BPMN and UML standards.
• Drive change‑management activities during the software development lifecycle.
• Create mockups and wireframes to improve user engagement and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders of varying maturity during requirement engineering.
• Hands‑on experience in intralogistics process digitalisation.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with UML and BPMN.
• Proactive attitude for both onsite and remote work.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of agile methodology and the Scrum framework.
