IT Operations Engineer

About the role

Intuitech is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to own on‑site IT support and manage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices for its Budapest office. You will work closely with HR and the security team to ensure smooth onboarding, off‑boarding, and compliance with ISO 27001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support, meeting‑room technology, Wi‑Fi, and printer maintenance in the Budapest office.
• Manage procurement, provisioning (Intune, Apple Business Manager / ADE, Autopilot), issuance, replacement, and retrieval of MacBooks and Windows machines.
• Handle technical onboarding and off‑boarding, coordinating with HR.
• Administer access permissions in Jira Service Management for Entra ID groups, Atlassian, GitHub, AWS, Azure, SharePoint, Figma and other SaaS tools.
• Maintain device and license inventory, liaise with hardware and mobile carriers.
• Support ISO 27001 operations: asset inventory, access reviews, MFA, and endpoint protection.
• Standardize, document, and monitor support tasks, including patch management and local file storage configuration.
• Create user guides, runbooks, and IT announcements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of L2 IT support or operations experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Proficiency installing and troubleshooting macOS and Windows devices.
• Independent, precise work style with strong documentation discipline.
• Fluent Hungarian and working‑level English.
