Italian or French Speaking AP Payment Analyst

About the role

The AP Payment Analyst will process payments accurately and timely for assigned countries, supporting treasury and audit functions while ensuring compliance with SOPs and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual payments through various bank platforms and prepare fund requests.
• Support audit requests, treasury projects, and month‑end activities including issue resolution and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with banks, cash teams and internal departments such as Master Data, Procurement, and General Ledger.
• Provide analytics, cash forecasts and funding requests, and ensure SOPs and internal controls are up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 1‑3 years of relevant accounting or AP experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, with ability to work in an international team.
• Fluency in English and either Italian or French, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for accounts payable processes.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (advantageous).
