About the role

The IVS QA Project Engineer will represent quality within Innovation Value Stream projects, ensuring successful implementation of new products, manufacturing processes and equipment. This is a two‑year fixed‑term position based in Nyírbátor.

Key responsibilities

• Represent quality in IVS projects and support their successful delivery.
• Coordinate the introduction of new products, manufacturing processes and equipment together with partner areas.
• Track project tasks, coordinate deadlines and ensure achievement of quality objectives.
• Support risk analysis, change management and quality‑assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and monitor deviations, CAPAs and development initiatives.
• Assist with the operation of the validation system and handling of related documentation.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in engineering, natural sciences or quality disciplines.
• Confident English language skills.
• Ability to work both independently and responsibly within a team.
• Strong organisational and coordination capabilities.
• Systemic, solution‑oriented thinking.
• Openness to new technologies and work methods.

Required skills

• Project management or coordination experience.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Experience in validation or process engineering.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and risk‑assessment methods.
