Junior Internal Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Budapest. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, order management, sales support or administration who want to build a long‑term career in a large international technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with assigned customers by implementing sales strategies and building long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate the quote‑to‑order process, ensuring accurate pricing and efficient order fulfilment.
• Act as the main point of contact for RFQs, quoting activities, order‑related inquiries and inventory management.
• Monitor and resolve shortages, backlog issues and return requests.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with customers and building positive business relationships.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, order management, sales support or administration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High level of accountability, ownership and professionalism.
