Junior Managers Leadership Development Program – Technical (Maklár)

About the role

Join Bosch’s 2‑year Junior Managers Program in Maklár and start a fast‑track career in technical management. You will rotate through multiple functions, work on real projects and develop the skills needed to become a future leader in our engineering and production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 4‑6 distinct rotations across technical and production areas.
• Lead and contribute to complex projects under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
• Participate in a six‑month international assignment to gain global operational insight.
• Build a professional network with peers, managers and senior leaders across Bosch.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical or industrial).
• Up to 4 years of experience or recent graduate.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic mindset, leadership potential and a proactive, independent attitude.
