About the role

Join Bosch’s 2‑year Junior Managers Program in Hatvan and start your career with a personalized leadership development journey. You will rotate through multiple technical areas, work on real projects and receive mentorship while gaining the skills needed to become a future leader.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 4‑6 distinct rotations across production, engineering and related functions.
• Lead and contribute to challenging projects under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
• Participate in a six‑month international assignment to understand global operations.
• Build a professional network with peers, managers and senior leaders across Bosch.

Required profile

• University degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Up to 4 years of work experience or recent graduate.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strategic mindset, passion for leadership and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Solid engineering knowledge in the relevant discipline (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or industrial).
