Material Management Specialist

About the role

Join 4flow's dynamic team as a Material Management Specialist, supporting our customers' supply chain operations from our Hungarian office. You will play a key role in ensuring material availability and smooth order processing across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage orders and call‑offs to suppliers, tracking confirmations.
• Monitor deliveries, shipments, and stock levels, identifying and resolving shortages, delays, and bottlenecks.
• Handle end‑to‑end order and booking processes in SAP, including goods receipt, goods issue, customs, and invoicing.
• Support transport and logistics execution, such as freight order creation and ASN checks.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain material flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in material planning and order management.
• Solid understanding of MRP processes, demand planning, and call‑off logic.
• Proven ability to manage supply shortages, delays, and escalations in a structured manner.
• Strong prioritisation skills to handle multiple operational topics simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Motivation to work with international teams in a fast‑paced environment.
