About the role

Coloplast is looking for a Shift Leader on a two‑year fixed‑term contract to oversee production at the SpeediFlex VS line in Nyírbátor. The role ensures that manufacturing plans are executed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to the manufacturing schedule.
• Organise work and workforce based on the production plan.
• Enforce work schedules, discipline, and compliance with technological and quality‑assurance processes.
• Identify and resolve factors that hinder production, and report obstacles when they occur.
• Track material movements and manage related documentation.
• Handle situational issues among colleagues on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Secondary school education.
• Assertive and decisive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Responsible work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Experience with Biatain Silicone products is a plus.
