Order Management Intern (Spanish-speaking)

About the role

As an Order Management Intern you will join the Clinical Accessories Order Management team at GE HealthCare, working alongside order management and customer service professionals who execute customer orders in the DACH region. You will support the sales teams and help the wider supply chain organisation meet its annual goals.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and book customer orders accurately and in line with compliance requirements
• Manage the open orders backlog so that orders are fulfilled, delivered, invoiced and closed on time
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders such as commercial, manufacturing, finance, logistics, warehouse, controllership and transport companies
• Identify and escalate order execution risks and issues
• Process returns and out-of-box failures
• Order demo inventory to support commercial sales
• Create and update work instructions and job aids
• Handle customer inquiries

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Availability of at least 24 hours per week; staying in the internship for at least one year is preferred
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken; additional European languages are an asset
• Strong work ethic, able to work independently and in a team
• Previous internship experience or experience at a multinational company is desirable
