Paid Media Expert

About the role

Roche’s Global Digital Hub in Budapest is looking for a Paid Media Expert to lead multi‑channel paid media initiatives across the company’s worldwide digital presence. You will act as a strategic partner to business units, translating marketing needs into high‑impact campaigns while ensuring flawless execution and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign workflows, manage agency partners and enforce strict timelines.
• Oversee budget allocation, KPI definition, performance tracking and continuous optimisation of bids, keywords and ad copy.
• Establish governance processes within the Global Digital Hub to streamline collaboration between global, regional and local teams.
• Provide coaching and specialist knowledge to internal colleagues, building digital expertise across the organisation.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in paid campaign management with a proven record of delivering global, multi‑channel strategies.
• Degree in a relevant field (BSc or MSc).
• Strategic, consultative mindset with strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive optimisation.
