Part‑Time Front Desk Coordinator – Budapest

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and people‑oriented part‑time Receptionist to support the daily operations of our Budapest office and create a welcoming, well‑organized workplace. As one of the first points of contact, you will shape first impressions and the everyday employee experience in a fast‑paced tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, candidates and partners; manage visitor access, badges, guest Wi‑Fi and incoming calls at the front desk.
• Coordinate meeting rooms and support interview‑day logistics.
• Maintain the general upkeep and tidiness of the office environment.
• Liaise with service providers such as maintenance and couriers.
• Support onboarding days, prepare welcome swag packs and ensure a smooth new‑joiner experience.
• Handle mail, forward invoices and receipts to relevant teams, and keep office documentation organized.

Required profile

• Native Hungarian speaker with confident written and spoken English.
• Friendly, professional and proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality‑oriented mindset able to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Slack.
• Ability to maintain spreadsheets and track office data.
