Polish‑Speaking Technical Support Representative

About the role

Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Budapest to provide technical support for a gaming platform to Polish‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist users with technical issues, account setup, game purchases and security cases.
• Provide support primarily by phone, as well as via email and written communication.
• Identify root causes, deliver accurate solutions and follow internal support procedures.
• Handle sensitive payment information within a secure PCI environment.

Required profile

• C1/C2 level Polish and B2 level English.
• Strong interest in technology and gaming, with quick learning ability.
• Excellent communication, customer‑focused approach and investigative skills.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site in a secure PCI environment.
