Process automation trainee

About the role

Join Bosch’s sales team in Budapest as a Process Automation Trainee. You will help streamline repetitive sales tasks by designing and maintaining automated workflows, contributing to a more efficient and data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify manual, repetitive sales activities.
• Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate or similar tools.
• Analyze daily workflows, spot inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
• Work with Excel and databases to ensure data consistency within automated processes.
• Provide operational support for day‑to‑day sales activities as needed.

Required profile

• Active or passive full‑time student (under 25) pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Team player comfortable in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong ownership, proactive mindset and analytical thinking.
• Advanced English (C1) proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data processing.
• Experience or strong interest in automation tools such as Power Automate, n8n or similar.
• Understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, data flows) is a plus.
