Process Developer for Laser Welding Processes

About the role

As a Process Developer you will lead the creation and optimisation of laser welding manufacturing processes for Bosch's power‑tool production line in Miskolc. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions that meet strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine laser welding processes for high‑volume production.
• Coordinate development projects while managing cost, quality, schedule and functional requirements.
• Define and align technical specifications for manufacturing equipment.
• Provide technical consulting for welding‑compatible design of product interfaces within simultaneous engineering.
• Transfer knowledge through training sessions and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in welding technology, preferably laser welding.
• Broad knowledge of materials science.
• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science or a comparable field.
• Goal‑oriented, structured, self‑responsible and a strong team player.
