Process Developer – Laser Welding

About the role

Join Bosch's leading power‑tool factory in Miskolc as a Process Developer focused on laser welding. You will drive the creation and optimisation of manufacturing processes, ensuring high quality, cost efficiency and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise laser welding manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate development projects while managing costs, quality, deadlines and functionality.
• Define and align technical requirements for manufacturing equipment.
• Provide technical consulting for welding‑compatible interface design within simultaneous engineering.
• Transfer knowledge and conduct training sessions for internal teams.

Required profile

• Experience in welding technology, preferably laser welding.
• Broad knowledge of materials science.
• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science or a comparable field.
