Product Quality Engineer (Global Tools area)

About the role

As a Product Quality Engineer in the Global Tools area, you will work at Bosch's power‑tool factory in Miskolc to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards throughout their development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical quality issues during product development.
• Identify potential quality problems and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Conduct product inspections, quality audits, and testing to verify compliance with specifications.
• Analyze quality data, generate reports, and recommend process or product improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing, automation, and other continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of quality‑assurance principles, methodologies and tools.
• Experience with project management and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
