Project Controlling Analyst

About the role

Join Bosch's quality and engineering organization for electronic components as a Project Controlling Analyst. You will support efficient project controlling, data preparation, reporting and stakeholder communication within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects and budgets in the project‑management financing system for internal customers and production plants.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal customers on budget, billing and time‑reporting topics.
• Extract, evaluate and prepare project data from internal sources, performing data‑quality and plausibility checks.
• Identify optimisation potential and contribute to standardising reporting, budgeting and data‑flow concepts.
• Serve as key user for the financing system, participate in key‑user meetings and disseminate relevant information.
• Track and validate time reporting, support non‑billable hour follow‑up, conduct monthly mass uploads and assist in yearly business‑planning activities.
• Deliver user trainings on time reporting and support complex data analyses, including quality‑related topics.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, industrial engineering or business informatics.
• Structured, reliable and communicative personality with the ability to build trust internationally.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented and quality‑conscious working style.
• Good understanding of project controlling, budget management, billing and time‑reporting processes.
