About the role

Join Mastercard’s Consumer Solutions team as a Sales Representative – Specialist Sales. You will help develop and commercialise core consumer bankcard products for premium and priority customers in Hungary and Slovenia, driving growth through tailored value propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evolve core consumer solutions by supporting development, positioning and optimisation of bankcard‑related products and services.
• Tailor propositions to specific consumer segments, identifying differentiated value for premium cardholders and other priority groups.
• Shape client propositions and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies with banking partners.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer value and support business growth.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, banking partners and customers.
• Continuously understand customer needs to create innovative payment solutions.
