SAP EWM Process Expert

About the role

As a SAP EWM Process Expert you will shape and optimise warehouse management processes for Bosch’s factory template. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring smooth roll‑outs across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop standard processes for the SAP EWM Factory Template.
• Record process requirements for existing and new EWM warehouse sites.
• Translate technical process concepts into detailed IT specifications with internal and external partners.
• Test, accept and document IT processes in SAP EWM.
• Develop and deliver training and documentation for SAP EWM users.
• Continuously improve the SAP EWM Trade Template rollout methodology.
• Lead project workshops, conduct fit‑gap analyses and coordinate with customers and C‑functions.
• Support rollout projects as a process expert, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of process management experience in supply‑chain systems at Bosch or equivalent SAP consulting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with warehouse and production network processes (inbound and outbound).
• Strong understanding of systemic relationships and high IT affinity.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Proven ability to organise and moderate international workshops and work confidently in a team.
