About the role
The HR Services Specialist – HR Operations & Case Management supports HR delivery for Spain and Portugal, handling employee data, lifecycle transactions and case resolution in a high‑volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee data in HR systems and process employment documentation.
- Manage HR cases via MyKyndryl and ticketing tools, ensuring SLA compliance and quality standards.
- Execute employee lifecycle transactions and support payroll‑related processes.
- Coordinate with Payroll, HR Business Partners and Tier‑2/3 teams to resolve escalations.
Required profile
- Experience in HR Operations or HR Services with a focus on personnel administration.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and compliance in a high‑volume setting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple country regulations.

- ServiceNow or comparable case‑management tool
