About the role

The HR Services Specialist – EMEA HR Operations & Case Management (Polish Speaker) plays a key operational role within Kyndryl’s EMEA HR Operations team, delivering HR operations for Poland and Ukraine. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely execution of personnel administration and employee data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee and manager inquiries via MyKyndryl and HR ticketing systems, ensuring end‑to‑end case resolution in line with SLAs.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems, process employment documentation, and execute employee lifecycle transactions.
• Support payroll‑related processes, collaborate with ADP, Payroll, HR Business Partners, and Tier 2/3 teams.
• Identify recurring issues, contribute to process standardisation, improve knowledge‑base content, and drive efficiencies.

Required profile

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Services with focus on personnel administration.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR data management and document handling.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Required skills

• ServiceNow or similar HR case management tools (e.g., MyKyndryl).
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Workday or other HR master data systems.
• Experience with payroll vendors such as ADP.
