Senior Implementation Consultant - Marketing & Medical Software (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems, a pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences companies, is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant for its Marketing & Medical software, working remotely. You will partner with global pharmaceutical organisations to implement Veeva Commercial Cloud products (PromoMats/DAM or Medical) and deliver AI-powered solutions. The role covers Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect and PO/Business Analyst positions, and requires domestic and international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of implementation projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect and stream lead roles
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimise and harmonise business processes and turn them into scalable solutions
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organisations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
• Contribute to internal initiatives improving service quality and delivery frameworks

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in technology implementation projects as Project Manager, Functional Analyst or Solution Architect
• Experience with a pharmaceutical, consumer health or medical device organisation
• Strong consulting background, able to architect, drive best practices and manage stakeholder relationships
• Fluent English, ideally also French, German, Italian or Spanish
• Based in Europe with the legal right to work, able to travel about 20%

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform or Salesforce.com Platform
• Nice to have: regulated content management systems (Vault, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc, NextDocs, CARA, Vodori), DAM tools (Aprimo, Adobe, Bynder, Box), claims, DAM, modular content, MLR review and European regulatory requirements, GxP/GcP compliance, and project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP)

The total compensation range is 18,000,000 - 33,000,000 HUF, which may include variable bonus and/or stock bonus. The hiring process includes a personality assessment, a conversation with the hiring manager, a practical case exercise and a final conversation with a senior leader.
