Senior Recruiter – Remote (Hungary)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its international RPO team on a remote basis in Hungary. You will partner with a global leader in medical‑equipment manufacturing across the EMEA region, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical and sales positions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on appropriate platforms.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records in the ATS.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and analyse key hiring metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support recruitment events such as job fairs and networking sessions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with recruitment trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑life‑cycle sourcing and recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or RPO.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for sales roles.
• Professional proficiency in English and French; additional proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and customer‑service mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously with reliable methods.

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
