Senior Talent Partner – Tech & Product (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

Chapter 2 is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join its embedded team in Budapest on a six‑month contract. You will act as a strategic recruitment partner for one of Europe’s fastest‑growing fintech companies, helping to build high‑performing Tech and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Tech & Product functions, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to design hiring strategies and talent pipelines.
• Proactively source, engage and assess high‑calibre technical candidates.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage data and market insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with the embedded recruitment team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for Technology and Product roles.
• Proven track record hiring Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Data and Infrastructure specialists.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
• Experience in‑house or within an RPO/embedded recruitment environment is highly advantageous.
• Proactive, consultative approach with excellent sourcing capability.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, scaling business where priorities evolve quickly.
