Senior Territory Manager Orthopedics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead orthopaedics sales in Hungary. You will manage an allocated territory, develop accounts, and drive growth for innovative MedTech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face, evidence‑based selling with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders, including regular OR visits (approximately four times per week).
• Manage tender bids in close collaboration with the tender department, from preparation to contracting.
• Develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) by specialty and actively participate in congresses, workshops, and other professional events.
• Monitor market trends, perform SWOT analysis, and support new product introductions following corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• College or university degree, preferably with a medical background.
• Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in the medical field.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, with a valid B‑category driving licence.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Johnson & Johnson systems such as OneForce, FOL (Funnel of Life) and WorkDay.
• Technical understanding of medical instruments and devices.
• Ability to prepare and manage tender documentation.

What we offer

• Base salary range of Ft10,874,000.00 – Ft16,879,700.00 plus annual bonus or sales commissions.
