Special Process Engineer

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Hungary is seeking a Special Process Engineer to support the qualification, industrialisation and production of specialised metal‑mechanical processes for helicopter components. The role combines technical design, programming and continuous improvement in a modern, green‑field facility.

Key responsibilities

• Support qualification and production of special processes for metal‑mechanical parts.
• Assist industrialisation activities and develop manufacturing programmes for production equipment.
• Participate in writing workshop documentation and reviewing design drawings.
• Create detailed process layouts and select appropriate tools.
• Program, develop and troubleshoot automated manufacturing cells.
• Analyse industrialisation results and define corrective actions to enhance process robustness and part quality.
• Maintain and improve process description and documentation systems.

Required profile

• Higher education in mechanical engineering.
• Willingness to work with robot programming (experience is a plus).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Clean criminal record and moral certificate.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP is advantageous.
