Staffing Specialist – Onboarding

About the role

As a Staffing Specialist focused on onboarding, you will ensure a smooth entry experience for new employees at Bosch's regional HR Service Center. You will manage administrative tasks, support stakeholders, and help maintain high‑quality HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day onboarding activities, including employee data entry, medical checks, contract creation and document archiving.
• Maintain SAP records, generate reports, statistics and HR documentation using existing templates.
• Ensure all onboarding documentation complies with company standards and local regulations.
• Respond to queries from hiring managers, recruiters and other stakeholders.
• Support a positive employee experience throughout the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR to create and approve compensation packages.
• Uphold compliance with HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Contribute to knowledge‑sharing and training initiatives within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or office administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within defined processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
• Advanced English proficiency; Hungarian is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar HR information system).
