Supplier Planning Specialist (Contract Manufacturing)

About the role

As a Supplier Planning Specialist for Contract Manufacturing, you will manage forecast and capacity planning with external CM suppliers, ensuring they have the capacity to meet Coloplast's business needs while mitigating risks and maintaining a stable supply.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure CM suppliers meet corporate performance targets and eliminate issues that could cause supply disruptions.
• Communicate a rolling two‑year volume forecast to the Tactical Supplier Manager and participate in Supplier Business Review meetings.
• Lead internal supplier team reviews, support monthly and quarterly performance evaluations, and drive internal escalations when disturbances occur.
• Prepare analyses, presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and support crisis‑management projects.
• Provide supply‑chain input for procurement agreements and develop process improvements to optimise logistics flows.

Required profile

• Experience and understanding of supply chain planning.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Structured, persistent and result‑oriented approach with a service‑mindset.
• Global mindset and ability to challenge existing processes constructively.
